More than 15 days prior to the first lesson, you may request to cancel your spot in a session and receive a refund for your amount paid minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be provided in writing to the Swim Lessons Coordinator.

No refunds will be issued within 15 days of the first day of class unless a medical condition is documented and sent to the Swim Lesson Coordinator.

With an outdoor pool, last minute cancellations are sometimes necessary and beyond our control. Due to the short nature of the classes there will not be an opportunity to offer make up sessions. Under no circumstances will classes be extended or prorated for missed classes. You are paying for your spot in the class, not the number of classes they attend. Exceptions may be made for sessions when weather affects two classes or more.
