Adult Paint Night

Please fill out information for each participant who will be attending Paint Night. This event is open to members and guests. Please indicate if each attendee is a guest as you complete your registration.

Submitting this form secures a spot in the class. Once we have enough registrations to meet our minimums we will reach back out to collect the registration fee.
