Legacy Bonded Memberships

Reminder that household legacy bonded memberships will have a maintenance fee as of 2026. Two person and single do not have a maintenance fee for the 2026 season as your bond is still being applied to this fee.

2026 Membership Dues and Fees

2026 dues information will be available following our Membership Meeting in February.

Dues (assessed annually)

  • $675 Household
  • $425 Two Person
  • $325 Individuals

Maintenance Fees (assessed annually) 

  • $150 Household
  • $100 Two Person
  • $50 Individuals

Additional Fees (one time; new members only)

  • $25 Application Fee
  • $300 Initiation Fee

Included in this membership

-Daily access from Memorial Day to Labor Day to our facilities, including: lap pool, wading pool, tennis courts, a gaga ball pit, play area, grills, picnic areas, and all sorts of fun in the sun.

-Lower price for swim lessons

-Children are eligible to join the swim team (Household membership required per league rules)

Dip and Decide**

General Information about Dip and Decide Memberships:

  • Available only to new members and are meant to be a way to try the pool before committing to a full membership. 
  • Must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use an Individual Splash Membership
  • Family Splash Memberships must have a parent/guardian present to redeem
  • Any number of entries may be redeemed in a single visit
  • Each Dip and Decide Membership will come with a punch card
  • Must have punch card to redeem visits

Pricing Information:

Individual

  • $150
  • Good for 8 visits to the pool

Family

  • $300
  • Good for 16 visits to the pool

**This membership does not allow for swim team membership

Active Duty Military Discount

At ASC we wish to welcome all families that are active duty military. We understand that your family may be unsure about how long you will be living in our community and we would like to welcome you into our community for as long as you want to stay. We offer our active duty military family full membership privileges without paying for the $150 Maintenance Fee.

  • $450 household
  • $285 couple
  • $215 individual
When to purchase:
  • These will be on sale in the middle of July
  • Best option if you’re busy for most of the summer and only plan to use your membership for one month!
