Join us at the pool on Sunday, July 10 between 1-4 p.m. for a special Barracuda’s BBQ Fundraiser!!!!! 

 

There are two menu options:


Option 1: The Sammie $6
Pulled Pork Sammie plus Creamy Cole Slaw


Option 2:  The Deluxe $12
Pulled Pork Sammie, Wanda’s Mac and Cheese, Meaty Beans and Creamy Cole Slaw   $12

 

  • The pulled pork is slow-smoked for 8-10 hours with Petunia’s BBQ Seasoning using oak and hickory along with natural hardwood lump charcoal. 
  • Creamy Cole Slaw is a classic, Southern-style slaw with a touch of sweetness and a hint of garlic. 
  • Meaty Beans are exactly what they sound like and include chunks of rib meat plus bacon. Made especially for peeps who think they don’t like baked beans.
  • Wanda’s Mac & Cheese is the gold standard for ooey-gooey, homemade mac. 

 

This is an all-volunteer event, and all proceeds go to/directly benefit the ASC & the mighty Barracudas. BBQ and side dishes prepared by Cliff & Wanda Henderson of Mohawk Court using only the finest, freshest ingredients. Orders will be served from the Cuda Bar.  Each order will include choice of one beverage.
