Semi-Private Parties

  • Offered during normal operating hours with a 2-hour minimum
  • $50/hour pavilion rental** + $5 per non-member guest (swimmer & non-swimmer)
  • Additional staffing fee required for parties with over 50 guests ($50/25 people)
  • Pavilion rental fee required at time of reservation to secure your preferred date

Private Parties

  • Available during hours when the pool is closed to members
    • Evening Hours: 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm
    • Morning Hours: Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am – 11:00 am
  • $150/hour + $5 per non-member guest (swimmer & non-swimmer) for up to 50 guests
  • Additional Staffing fee required for parties over 50 guests ($50/25 people)
  • Pavilion rental fee required at time of reservation to secure your preferred date

**Bonded members may reserve the pavilion during normal operating hours for up to 2 hours at no cost and Associate/Cuda members will receive a 50% discount

Reserving Private and Semi-Private Parties

Reservations need to be arranged through the ASC Manager.  Please e-mail at atholtonswimclub.manager@gmail.com. To reserve your date, you must complete a party rental agreement and pay a deposit that is the pavilion rental fee. Any expenses we incur to restore our facilities to the condition they were in prior to the event will be first taken from the deposit, and any additional expenses incurred will be paid by the member.

Camp Fees

While ASC does not currently offer a summer camp of our own, we do allow other camp programs to pay to use our pool at a discounted rate. We currently have one neighborhood day cares that use our pool in the summer.

Camps must have a relationship with the Atholton Swim Club and campers must have a completed waiver on file before using the facilities. Payments must also be made prior to entering the club. No refunds are issued due to inclement weather.

The cost of the camp is $4/camper per day – members are free (Includes our Cuda membership).

Payment for camp is made on Friday for the entire week.
